Students have worked on the characteristics of a 'good citizen', and the many ways we can be a good citizen in our everyday lives.
As a school we nominate a 'Citizen of the Week' from each class who are presented with a citizenship ribbon at assembly every Monday.
Students have explored their rights, and are familiar with the UN Convention on the Right of the Child. We have also worked on the responsibilities that come with rights and defining these from each other.
